Return Policy

All sales are final on all food items and gift cards.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at returns@wickedsisterssd.com.  We will issue you a return ID # and ask you to send back your unopened item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.  Return shipping cost is paid for by the customer. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to credit your account. Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method.  Shipping charges are non refundable.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 days.
